Whether you have 2 pharmacies or 20, RxSure scales with you. Centralised management, local flexibility.
RxSure provides multi-site pharmacy groups with a centralised management dashboard that enables owners and regional managers to oversee private service operations across all their locations from a single login. The platform delivers cross-site reporting that compares bookings, revenue, consultation volumes, and compliance status across every pharmacy in the group, making it straightforward to identify high-performing locations and sites that need additional support. Each pharmacy within the group maintains its own branded booking page, patient-facing documents, and local service configuration, ensuring that individual branches can tailor their private service offering to local demand while operating within standardised clinical workflows set at group level. Role-based access controls allow pharmacy managers to see only their own site's data while group administrators maintain oversight of the entire network. Staff compliance tracking, including GPhC registration, indemnity insurance, and training records, is managed centrally with automated expiry alerts, eliminating the risk of practitioners operating with lapsed credentials across any location in the group.

Pricing
From single pharmacy to multi-site group
RxSure costs a flat £199 per month for UK pharmacies, with the first month completely free and no credit card required to start the trial. This single subscription covers the complete private services platform including clinical document generation, online patient booking, guided clinical consultations with contraindication checking, built-in video consultations, payment processing through Stripe and PayPal with zero platform commission, over forty pre-built clinical service templates, a GPhC compliance dashboard, and a full audit trail. Unlike competing pharmacy software platforms that charge per-consultation fees of five to fifteen pounds per consultation, RxSure's flat-rate model means pharmacies keep all consultation revenue regardless of volume. For multi-site pharmacy groups, each additional location operates under the same subscription structure, and the Clinic plan at £199 plus £50 per additional clinician is available for pharmacies with multiple independent practitioners working from the same premises. All plans include UK-based data hosting with AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance, and NHS DSPT certification.

FAQ
Common questions from pharmacy owners
Yes. If your pharmacy employs or contracts a pharmacist IP, you can offer private services. The GPhC requires that premises are suitable, you have appropriate consultation facilities, and governance procedures are in place. RxSure provides the technology and compliance framework to support this.
RxSure supports multi-site operations with a centralised owner dashboard and site-level management. You get cross-site reporting, role-based access controls, custom branding per location, and consolidated compliance views. Each site can have its own booking page, services, and staff while you maintain oversight from one login.
RxSure includes compliance-ready templates for weight management, sexual health, travel health, UTI treatment, dermatology, hair loss, and more. You can also create custom services. Each template includes clinical questionnaires, consent forms, and documentation aligned to NICE guidance.
Community pharmacies regulated by the GPhC do not typically need separate CQC registration for private services. However, if you operate a separate clinic or offer services outside the pharmacy premises, CQC registration may be required. RxSure supports both GPhC and CQC compliance frameworks.
Patients pay online at the time of booking via your connected Stripe or PayPal account. You set your own consultation prices. RxSure takes zero commission — only standard payment processor fees apply (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards). Patients can also pay in-pharmacy if preferred.
RxSure maintains complete audit trails, SOPs, incident logs, and training records that inspectors expect to see. The compliance dashboard generates inspection-preparation reports you can print or share on screen. All consultation records, clinical records, and clinical decisions are documented and retrievable.
