Yes. Electronic private clinical records are fully legal in the UK provided they contain all required information under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012: practitioner details, patient details, date, medication details (name, form, strength, quantity, directions), and practitioner signature. RxSure is a software platform, not a pharmacy, so we do not require GPhC registration. However, we have built the platform to support pharmacies in meeting all 9 GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals. Our questionnaires and workflows are designed around clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements set by bodies such as the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the British National Formulary (BNF).

Yes. RxSure supports multi-pharmacy access for locum pharmacists. Practitioners can be invited to multiple pharmacy accounts while keeping separate audit trails for each location. This works well for locums and pharmacist IPs who cover different sites across the week.
