PGDs are governed by the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and must be signed by an authorising doctor, pharmacist and organisation. Who authorises the PGDs on RxSure?
Each PGD template is drafted, reviewed and authorised by named signatories following the requirements of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. Your pharmacy remains the operating organisation and takes responsibility for its own clinical governance. PGDs follow a 1-year review cycle and 2-year expiry lifecycle.
Can I add custom PGDs beyond the 38 in the library?

What happens if a patient fails eligibility screening?
